Courtesy of Kitten, natch. Penny likes the Pipettes and Laura likes the Long Blondes. YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE GUESSED.

They both look like they like Scooby Doo and Shaggy. :S

Nice. Reminds me of George Pérez, of all people - the style, not the girls. George Pérez doesn’t look like that!

Which one’s the hot gay dude created to empower troubled young homosexuals and titillate the older ones while redressing the hideous imbalances of an essentially homophobic medium?

Very nice, by the way. I’m getting a JRjr vibe.

Do you always alliterate your characters with their favourite bands? That’s very Old Marvel of you.

Was the brief to make them look exactly like a crossbreed of all three female members? (Of the classic lineup in the former’s case, obviously)

Oh god, are we calling it that? “The Classic Lineup”?

Because I could get behind that.

Grill: Scooby Doo oddly turns up in Phonogram Panel Descriptions rather a lot.

Wheeler: Annoyingly, despite my best intentions, PG2 is even more hetrocentric than the first one. I fail.

And, yeah, there’s a little bit of old marvel to the pair, actually. I’ve never read the comics in question, but I was aware that Penny needed to hit Gwen-Stacy-esque buttons in the look.

“The Classic Line-up”: MAN!

KG

Very nice indeed. Kitten’s getting better & better with every page, isn’t he. The bastard.

I’ve just noticed the altered header, btw. Whilst an extremely accurate silhouette of your beardiness, it also looks like the split second after someone’s shot out your lower jaw in a spray of gore. Or is that just me..?

Blame Rich Johnson, sez I.

KG

You’re writing a comic about BBC newsreader Fiona Bruce and Kate Nash?

so penny is a racist and laura is a cunt.

“I’ve never read the comics in question”

YOU’RE DEAD TO ME.
